Best Western Hotel Royal Saint Michel

This property was in an excellent location for sightseeing and dining. It is a five minute walk to Catherdral Notre Dame. The room was compact but had a really nice atmosphere. It had large windows in the room and the bathroom. The included breakfast was excellent. We never needed lunch.

1) Location is excellent - for many reasons, its close to the Cathedral Notred Dame, Louvre, Musee' d Orsay, etc. Also for those of you that take the train from the airport, the hotel sits roughly a block away from a convenient entrance (escalators up and down!) to the St Michel station which is one of about 4 stops on the express B train to the airport (the "long" line will about double your time to the airport). So instead of a 40 Euro taxi in you get away with about 8 Euros.

+ Hotel staff was courteous and friendly. any venue for transportation was within easy reach to expand elsewhere from the lively latin area.

Very good and convenient situation in the city for tourism and cultural motivations of the choice. The metro station and the bus stops are very close to the hotel! The photograph of hotel on the homepage is nice and has defined our choise. Breakfast - the choise of the products is relative short, and expected to be wider. However, the quality of products is ok. Other hint: may be it were better to place the door into the bathroom in the anteroom, not so close to the bed.

Wonderful location, practically on Place St. Michel. Lively neighborhood. Very central. Top floor rooms afford view of Notre Dame cathedral. Challenge to correctly enter address on hotel bill. Took 30min and 5 tries.

It was very clean and quiet. TV volume was adjustable, but it didn't become very small volume.

Great location on a busy (touristy) street. Nicely refurbished rooms in a traditional Haussmann style building so typical for Paris. Loads of restaurants around. Accessible from CDG airport via RER (train) - station St.Michel/Notre Dame in 2mins walking distance.
