Best Western Folkestone Opera

We stayed here once before. Staff are very friendly and speak fluent English and French. Breakfast was better the last time I stayed here than during this visit. Less choices available.

+ Centrally located and clean. the restaurant saveur et salon down the street is excellent for those who like gourmet food. - Very small hotel - the 1 lift is 3ft sq (1m) the printed email confirmation does not mention the 15e per person breakfast and as there is no coffee/tea maker in the room it is easy to forget it is not included. the single person working the desk has to do everything including bring in bags so service is slow. the staff are not at all helpful or particularily friendly when asked for restaurant selection help or booking the river cruises. the rooms are not sound proof. if you are lucky enough to get a taxi in paris, you must use another point of reference as both the hotel and the street are unknown. use the concorde street and the eglise de la madelaine instead.

Although I would like to complain about the room size, I know it's standard for the price in Paris during peak season. Some staff were friendly, but others weren't. My main gripe is the smell in the room and an itchiness in the bed which woke me up several times. The breakfast is not tasty, so I recommend eating out. However, location was prime and safe at night.

Situated in the beautiful part of Paris, for shopping lovers - ideal place. For those that like to explore the city, ideal location, close to Opera Garnier, Louvre, Place Concorde, madeleine churchetc... It is convinient as it's located next to the Metro station.

Excellent hotel and for the price and in Paris, incredible! 100% recommendable

This hotel is in excellant situation in a quiet street close to shopping, metro and Champs Elysees. The rooms are small but clean and airconditioned. The breakfast was brilliant with great choice and variety. Plenty of good restaurants in the area. The staff were particularly helpful. The rate from Venere was great compared to the official rate.

This is a 3 star hotel, what else can you ask?? rooms where small but the beds confortable, the bathroom was very small but very clean and new. We were on the 4 th flor!!. We gladly paid the 10 eurs. for the breakfast it is well worth it. We were touring with our children, we found the hotel to be very well located for the price. Close to metro, and buses.

Although the room was fine for our purposes the only comment I would make was that it was very small. But perfectly adequate for us I don't think it would be large enough if one was travelling with children.

Good brekfast especially there is a service of jucer with orange. There is a noise of water or something very bad from upper floor.

Hotel was fine apart from the the fact that at checkout we found out that breakfast was NOT included in the price.We were charged 20 Euros a day.The hotel should be clear that breakfast is not included when checking in.
