When ever I went to reception, the girl usually had one desk 'phone on each ear. Therefore, there was always a long wait to for attention. Inspite of this constant pressure on the receptionist, she was always well disposed to me, the customer.

PERFECT LITTLE HOTEL This hotel is ideal for someone attending a conference or busy with excursions, for the hotel rooms are quite small. It served our purposes perfectly, for we spent little time at the hotel, but found the small, but very clean, rooms accommodating when we returned in the evenings, exhausted! The beds provide heavenly comfort and the staff is most friendly and helpful. I will return! Traveler's tip on local attractions So many great, modestly priced eateries out the door of the hotel & to the left for many blocks! The Square is great for breakfast with croissants fresh out of their oven...also many interesting little shops in the area and worth exploring leisurely in the vicinity of the MonoPrix...all within blocks of this great, little hotel!

Small and cramped but good area The hotel is in an ideal place it is only a few stops on the metro to most of paris’s historical sites. the hotel is real small. but if your in paris to just travel you wont be spending alot of time there. the prices were good and staff spoke passable english. all in all a good hotel for the price.

Great Location, Wonderful Staff This hotel is located only blocks from two different Metro Lines that make it very easy to get around. The neighborhood is nice. A grocery store is just down the block for economical eating. The staff is very helpful and will accommodate any reasonable request.

We stayed in a triple room for three days. The room was quite alright but a bit on the small side for three people. The service from employees at the reception was very good. The hotell is conviniately located between two metro stops in a peaceful neighborhood, not far from the Eifell Tower and walking distance to the Hotel des Invalides.

Great location - very average hotel. Hotel was in the best location. Right next to Cambronne Metro and near bus stops as well. Walking distance to the tower and most everything else you’d want to see in Paris. The room and bathroom were VERY VERY tiny. It was fine since we hardly spent any time in there at all. But just be advised - it’s even smaller than you think it will be. The shower didn’t drain and practically flooded the whole bathroom everytime we used it. We informed the front desk and she supposedly sent someone to fix it the next day but they didn’t do much, it still was stopped up. The desk chair in the room was broken (one leg was not attached) and they replaced that for us within 24 hours. The bed was VERY comfortable so that was a very good thing. Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay Don’t eat the hotel breakfast. It’s cheaper and tastier to just get something at one of the many local bakeries or cafes.

The price was too expensive for the size of the twin bed room; no space for placing a suit case and you pratically can jump to bed from the door way. It was very nosie when other guests walking up and down the staircase in the early morning and late at night. The street where the hotel located is very dark at night, quite creepy although only 2 stations away from the Eiffel tower.

At checkout we were asked to pay a city tax. The hotel receptionist was adament that we would have been told about this and had to pay it. None of the correspondence form Venre or the website mentions this charge.
