The high season price is definitely exaggerated for this hotel. But I would certainly come back in low season.

Clean and comfortable room, but small, convenient location (walk from metro, bus, supermarket, restaurants, Montparnasse shopping center and station), breakfast includes cereals, eggs, fruits. Accomodating staff. We did not have a car, but my impression i

Our really small, but comfortable double room, was almost perfectly clean and the towels have been changed every day, so I would say it was above the average standard in France. The temperature inside was really hot even if it was December, so we had to open the window from time to time. Very good connection to the 'metro' (about 2-3 min to walk). I would recommend this hotel for a short holiday in the beautiful Paris.

The room were very small for the price I payed but it is in Paris. The bathroom leaked water every where when you took a shower, but it had a nice view of what Paris looks like

Overall we had a great stay and would book another holiday there in the future. The breakfast was wonderful and we loved that the location was near a metro stop.

Great residential neighborhood I have stayed in this hotel on two separate occasions and have enjoyed both stays. While the hotel itself is quite basic, it is in a great location: it is very near a metro stop and is in the heart of a thriving residential area. There are all kinds of little shops to look into along with numerous patisseries, boulangeries, restaurants and chocolatiers. I will always return to this hotel whenever I visit Paris for this reason.
