Great place for a base in Paris The hotel was easy to find, close to the Metro, and surrounded by a varity of eateries to suit all budgets. A great base if you are sightseeing, as you can walk to the famous places or travel short distances onthe buses or metro. Hotel staff were very helpful, only criticism, no tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Very poor service from the staff in reception (one in particular) The worth customer service I have ever experienced which spoiled my stay at the hotel. The location is however great, but there are many other hotels in the area to choose from.

The hotel is quite small, especially the elevators. Although the rooms were kept clean and neat, there's something "old" about it. But the staff were friendly and accommodating. It's near cabs, grocery and restaurants are plenty in the area.

Nice Paris Hotel - Versailles Go to the Versailles in the very early morning to avoid the long queue, or you should buy the pass online. Otherwise, you may have to wait for over an hour to buy the pass.

A reasonable hotel in an area of the city which is convenient for most things. Hotel breakfast was expensive but it was easy to find more reasonably priced alternatives within easy reach.

Clean rooms. But small. Nice public area but no bar. Generally good value for money with friendly and helpful staff.
