We had a few issues with the hotel when we arrived. First, our room wasn't ready, then the telephone did not work, then the maid did not clean the bathroom one day. However, I told the Desk Clerk that I would like to speak to the Manager, and he made sure that I did. The Manager apolgized profusely, and comped us one night of our stay. The hotel is located about a five minute walk from the Metro station. There are supermarkets, a post office and a place to use the Internet about a five minute walk from the hotel. The staff is very good with helping guests to locate these places. I would stay here, again.

+ Pleasant staff, good breakfast, helpful staff - TV small, unstable signal and lack of English TV. CNN is not by preferred English channel. Room had leaks in the bathroom which seemed to be related to the piping. Hotel did not seem overly concerned about

Rooms were large and clean. The only negative was the heat, and the rooms did not cool at night. We asked for a fan after two nights, and one was made available, which helped greatly.

This hotel situated on a borders of paris chinese district, in the quiate street, 10 minutes walking distance from the last station of bus183, which came direct from Orly Airport Sud(south) terminal. 10 minutes walk from the RER station library Francouis Miterrand (2 stops the chatelet) and 5 minutes walk froma Metro7 stop(12stops the Louvre). Good location, very good price, clean rooms and bathrooms, and helpfully staff. The TV have only french programs and PAY TV. If you're staying here in winter, and feel cold the room, ask the receptionist, that he show you how order the heating machine on the wall! :-) The breakfast is 12EUR, it is too expensive, you can hav breakfast in the restaurant near the hotel, for half price. Good choice in paris, three stars service for the price of 2 stars. I am offering for everybody!

Very good and cheap hotel in a quiet area. Metro station is near. 4 stations to Place D´Italie where a shopping mall is located. 20mins to Tour Eiffel. Rooms and bath was very clean and the service was perfect. Nothing to complain !

Check in was fine. No tea/coffee tray in room took 2 1/2 days to get one. Staff were friendly and helpful. Not a lot to do in the vicinity of hotel but the metro is only 10 min walk away. Overall very good value for money and spotless clean. Would consider staying again. Taxi cost 25.00 euro from hotel concorde wanted 60.00 for return journey. GET THE METRO 1.40 ONE WAY!!!!

Very good location for a shorttime or a longtime stay in Paris. Metro only 2 minutes away, bus stations shorter. Room was a normal hotel room, not too small (what I remember about a lot of other Paris hotels). Minibar prices were better then prices in restaurants nearby. Room was every day clear. Driving to Paris by car, we found the hotel very easy, it is near the peripherique and can be reached from there within 3 minutes. If we stay again in Paris this hotel will be our choice.

We stayed here in early June, for 4 nights. Hotel reasonably convenient (5 mins) for the Metro (Porte d'Ivry). We garaged our car at hotel, a bit pricey at 15E per night, but better than leaving it on the street. Breakfast was plentiful, but time your arrival at brekfast room to avoid large coach parties, as food runs out fast and takes a while to be replenished. We would certainly use this hotel again
