Not really a 3 star hotel This hotel is of about a 2 star standard in terms of facilities and fillings. Most staff were reasonable but one (the owner/manager?) was appalling. Located only ten minutes fron Gare du Nord but in a one-way street area with no available on street parking.

Too much expensive for the general quality, specialy the breakfast rate : 11 euros for a very ordinary one...

A little bit too noisy due to thin walls.

It was somehow difficult to find the hotel upon arrival. The interior of the hotel is good and the quality of the service and staff competency is good as well. The room was really tiny as for double, no tea or coffee-making facilities in the room. On the

Our impression about hotel is quite good: clean, efficient, obviously with no luxury but we got no problem and we got what we payed for. Only surrounding was a bad point, we suggest to use Strasbourg-St.Denis also metro since Chatea d'Eau is not well freq

I found the location of the hotel extremely convenient. It is very close to Metro station and to the main train stations, to restaurants and to the attractions in centre of Paris. All three duty managers I met and dealt with were polite, helpful and very professional.

A duvet and an extra pillow would have been nice - we had sheets and blankets. No tea/coffee facilities in the room, but readily available from Reception at a charge. It sounded like the guests in the next room were in our bathroom when they had a bath. We could also hear general movement and talking as the soundproofing was not brilliant. Overall though, the hotel was very clean, warm and pleasant with friendly staff. The hotel was abot 20 minute walk from the Opera, and about 10 minutes walk to all the restaurants. There were some people hanging around the entrance to the nearest Metro station (Chateau d'Eau) day and night which was a little intimidating, but we just ignored them.

it's located at the area St. Denis. the room is excellent, especially with A/C and bathtub. but the surroundings is not so good. people on the street are strange. and it's noisy at night. we can also hear the moving from the room next to us.

+ des employés vraiment sympas - 4. We listened to a loud buzz everynight that would cut on and off about 20 times in a row (each noise for 5 seconds). I think it had something to do with the air conditioner outside.
