Excellent staff Great location Galleries Lafayette fantastic Christmas lighting, Euffel Tower wll worth a visit, Arch de Triomphe worth the climb to the top, Notre Dame, beautiful and Sacre Coeur beautiful at night. Student passes can apply at most places, just ask as it is sometimes not advertised (uni students as well, have your international ID's on you)

overall the staff are friendly and helpful and speaks good English. however one of the night time staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful when I asked for the single sofa bed to be made up and that he repeated questioned me and did not believe that there

Trouble in Paris I arrived at Gard du Nord after 10pm and it was not a safe walk from there to the hotel. When I arrived the night security was not at his post, when he did arrive he was rude. The lounge is NOT open 24hrs, the walls are paper thin and there was no hot water in the afternoon. I would never stay in this hotel ever again.

Greta Value for Money This small hotel is in a relatively quiet backstreet, 10 minutes walk from the city centre. Rooms aren't big, but are comfortable and clean. For the prices we paid you could not fault it for value

overall the staff are friendly and helpful and speaks good English. however one of the night time staff was very unfriendly and unhelpful when I asked for the single sofa bed to be made up and that he repeated questioned me and did not believe that there was no bedsheet in the room. That aside the stay was pleasant enough and the location of this hotel was very ideal for exploring Paris as the Metro station was only 5 mins away and there is a MacDonald's nearby (only when everything else fails you can always count on good old MAcDonald's) :)

Not Bad The Hotel is just off Lafayette street, about a 10 minute walk to Gare du Nord and 15 minutes to Gallery Lafayette. The Hotel is just OK, the good thing about it is that there are plenty of restaurants around the area. Rooms are small but comfortable.

+ Nice individual decor in each room. Very pleasant staff. The facitilies provided in each room were very nice. - Although it seems a small point, the pillows in my room were quite unpleasant. They had obviously become too old and required changing.
