an o.k. place if one just wants just a clean quite not too expensive room. Close to Place d'italy but takes some minutes to walk to the tram, bus though is very close.

Good Value If you are on a tight budget this hotel is a good option. The individual rooms are a bit claustrophobic but the twin rooms are Ok for European standards. The hotel is clean and has a good atmosphere. The metro is not very close by Parisian standards but its still just a 10-minute walk. Charles De Gaulle airport trains stop quit close, some 2 km away. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks There’s a McDonalds and many supermarkets nearby, close to the Les Gobelin metro station.

A very welcoming hotel. In a convenient location for metro stops (7 mins walk from nearest stop) Clean, good value for money and in a very nice area.

Hotel Magendie Spacious room and bathroom(triple). Ample choices of light settings. Helpful staff. Nice breakfast courtyard. Post office across the street. Off the main tourist areas, so very quiet neighborhood. Bit of a hike to the nearest metro with luggage. Only thing missing was a remote for the tv, which we didn’t watch too much anyway. Overall, a very pleasant experience.

Small, clean room in a quiet area. Not too far from the train station so we easily found our way from the airport by bus and train. Not really close to many of the major sites however we did walk to most places (usually anything from 20 to 40 minute walks) and found several interesting things on the way. There is a great Moroccan restaurant nearby. Overall, it served us well for the price. Very cheap for Paris.

I chose this hotel for me and my parents, and felt incredibly worried/responsible because I couldn't "see" it in advance. However, it was VERY wonderful for the price. Extremely helpful desk, who looked up lots of information for me to help take my parents to Verseilles. A breakfast that ended up being free for us on the weekends because we had stayed more than one night. Car park underneath the hotel was a little dingy with a very low incline (we hit bottom coming in from off the street, and my mom and I had to get out of the car to lighten the load), but the car was very safe. I had no qualms about the neighborhood, either. Very good deal; I'd come back! One note though: the address is actually 6, Rue Corvisart, not 6 Rue Corvisard as indicated.

This is a good hotel not only for it's fairly price but for the quality, the room is clean and quite, althouth it's not so big, but it's enough for normal tourist. If I can visit Paris again, I'd stay in this hotel again.
