Cooperative staff, always ready to assist but not helpfull in everything. They were friendly though and tried their best to speak english. We were even allowed to store our cheese in their fridge. We had 2 rooms, in each room there was 1 light not working, 1 of which was not connected at all, when I reported this part of the reply was that the other lights in the room were working. A knob that was holding the towel in the bathroom was loose and fell of with the towel, this could not be fixed by me although I tried, I reported it twice, no reaction/repair. The dvd player in our room could not handle cd´s, was not working, I reported this, no action, I was just told to check the connections myself, that was all. The corridors were at some parts very narrow, to the extend that were we had to acces the corridor to our room on top of the stairs it was difficult to carry/lift the suitcases and dangerous. Also some parts of the rooms were very narrow. Very noisy if sombody flushes the toilet in another room. The floors were not always flat but a bit slopy. The picture on internet of the reception is very misleading, it doesn´t look at all like that, it seems the picture has been taken in another hotel. Even the picture of the room doesn´t look at all like the real inside of the room.

Excelent location, the quartier is very quiet and calm during all day. The Metro station is 1 minute walk, and It`s very easy to go anywhere (direct connection with airport, eiffel tower). Also there`s a supermarket just in front of the hotel.

Very small room and bathroom. Very small. Drain smell. Bed not horizontal. My room was quiet which was great. Free internet. Friendly reception with limited english. Overall price probably a fair reflection.

The room had a bad smell, but not so much, nice place and nice surroundings

Never go to room no. 10. The whole window frame was full of mildew. We changed the room then. It was free from mildew, but still far away from clean. We did not stay long, so it was okay, but do not expect much. Overall it was the cheapest hotel I ever styed in with the worst quality. But maybe this is what you get in Paris for this price.

Attended by tourist either young couple and noisy italian family. good location, easy going hotel but good enough to spend couple of nights without been ripped off.

The room was tiny and not very clean. The shower wasn't functional and the bed was very uncomfortable. Nevertheless, the employees were cheerful. The free internet access is enjoyable, and the location in Paris quite good. Eventually, we missed breakfast but did appreciate teas offered.

Small, basic room. Shower took a long time to heat up. We were charged extra for a twin - but the two beds pushed together had a double cover - so not sure it was worth paying extra. The room was cleaned nicely every day. Lovely area - plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

I had one of their smallest rooms, but that was okay because I was one person. It was quite quiet--looked out into a nice courtyard. The bathroom smelled a bit of mildew, but I sort of expected that. Everything was clean and staff were friendly. I'd stay there again. There's a nice open-air market on Tuesday mornings down the street.
