narrow staircase to the upper floors and no lift/elevator. Staff never offered to help with suitcases. Would never recommend this hotel for people with weight/health problems - hauling suitcases up and down is a treacherous task with the staircase's design. It's plain dangerous.

Nice place and staff. Situatied on a corner next to Bd Pasteur close to the Metro¨. No elevator, but who cares, when you walk all day... Breakfast, 6 euro, self-service with no limits, which we got for free because our reservation, a triple hadn´t reached the hotel.

The personnel at the hotel was very kind, polite and helpful. We had a medical emergency and had their support to solve the problem.
