Atel Le Sainte Beuve Hotel

The hotel lived up to every promise on its Web site. The staff were wonderful, warm and helpful. Our deluxe double room was spotlessly clean and charmingly decorated, with one wall of built-ins that offered ample space for hanging clothes and storing luggage. There are a few books in various languages in every room and more on shelves in the lounge, and there is no charge for wireless Internet access. The bed linens, bathrobes, and extra-large towels were luxurious, and the hotel even provided washcloths (face cloths), which is usually not the case in Europe. The location was perfect for us, close to the Luxembourg Gardens and numerous restaurants and within walking distance of Notre Dame. We will definitely return to the Hotel Sainte-Beuve.
