The closest metro is Vavin (line 4), approximately 10 minutes' walk.You can find calm in the Jardins de Luxembourg or lose yourself the Latin Quarter amidst breathtaking buildings just 5 minutes from the apartment. The delightful Saint Germain-des-Prés district and the affluent, imposing bohemian quarter of Saint Michel are around 10 minutes' walk away, the Louvre, the Palais Royal and Châtelet are accesible in around 20 minutes on foot. Alternatively you could head for the Montparnasse area, just 15 minutes' walk away and a great option for shopping, clubbing and eating out plus home to a host of independent theatres.
