We have stayed here twice in the past year. We like the location close to la Seine , Metro & RER and beside le jardins des plantes. We enjoy the little kitchen (it makes it easy for breakfast especialy that one of the best bakery in Paris is around the corner). The front desk ladies are always helpful when they are in the office. The only small sugestions to make it perfect would be to provided a alarm clock, a safe and have a full lenght mirror in the bedroom and not only a small one in the bathroom (two people could get ready at the same time).

The studio is spacious with kitchenette, with excellent location in the city. Only bad thing is the bed, it was very noisy with its springs and its uneven surface gave no comfortable sleeping.

This was overpriced and underfurnished. The apartment had a pull out sofa bed within a wooden frame. Couldnt sleep. Couldnt sit up in bed and had no choice but to go to bed when my partner wanted to sleep as there was no other lounge furniture. When more than 1 pillow was requested we were told that the complex was full and there were no spares! I wont be going back.

+ it has very good connections to the rest of the city. it is located in a quiet street/area. - the webpage showed pictures of a lively decorated room. the truth was a clean, though not very cosy room. it had no atmosphere!

Apart from the bed (which is a folding soffa-bed type, noisy and very unconfortable) the studio is alright, well located with good communication. I would recommend the hotel to replace the soffa-bed with proper beds, there is place for it and I don't think anyone ever use it as a soffa anyhow.

If and when I return to Paris I would stay at this hotel again. It was a great location and the rooms and facilities were very good. The only problem we had was that that we could not check in until 4.00pm and as we arrived early we had to wait until someone could let us in, but I will know for next time.

My daughter and I spent a week at the Appart' Valley Les Jardins du Roi Residence Paris from Vancouver Canada. We were extremely satisfied with the customer service we received from the minute we booked to the last day of our trip. Since it was our first time in Paris we had many questions about the city, the metro, the long distance phone service and so on. The staff at the front desk were courteous, efficient and always happy to help even when my daughter had to find a doctor, they took care of every thing. The Appart' was conveniently situated by the Metro and RER in a good neighboorhood across the street from the beautiful Jardins des PLantes and fairly close to all the sites. Our studio was clean and spacious by Paris standards and well priced. Having a little kitchen in the studio was a bonus that saved us time and money. We highly recommend this facility especially for a family.

The only down side was the bed. It was setteee that converted to a double bed. In addition to being hard with a poor quality matress the springs were very noisey every time you moved.

This was a great apartment to explore Paris. The building and apartment are refurbished and spotless. The lift was spacious and in working order. The metro stop was literally a few steps away. In addition, the location across the street from the Jardin des Plantes and the Museum of Natural History (we could see into the Gallery of Comparative Anatomy from our window) was great. My small boys adored the museum and the gardens. The only possible downside is that there are few restaurants of quality that we could find near the residence. However, next time we are in paris these apartments will be our first choice for availability.
