Apollo Opera Hotel Paris

If not for the theft and that they didnt change the sheets/towels daily, I think we would see ourself coming back here, but now, definitely No!

Original room allocated very small, bed and storage space(wardrobe) very tiny, had to keep all our belongings in suitcase for 5 days. Asked for a bigger room and got one on third night(thank god).Reception staff very friendly, ideal location for couples, not recommended for families!!!

My sister and checked into this hotel and was amazed that it had a three star rating. We were very disapointed with this hotel. It was located in a not so great area and the room was small and dumpy. The furniture was cheap and tacky and the carpets were heavily stained. The shower stank and the hot water was sporatic. Shower caps were not provided and we had to ask for hand towels everyday. The breakfast consisted of bread and bitter diluted juice. We did not like the staff and their friends congregating in the lobby and filling the area with smoke. The only positive things that I can say about this place was that it was close to a subway station and the staff was friendly and helpful. The picture and ad on website was very misleading and misrepresented the true nature of the hotel. This hotel should be removed from your hotel listing. Mod's answer : Unfortunatly, we cannot delete the hotels. And ads... well ads are ads and are here to show the very best part of the products... However, by your review, you help other visitors to have a better though on this hotel."

Wonderful trip to Paris! We are lucky that we have found this hotel in tranvel brochure. Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

the staff are not polite at all. really problematic were specially the staff for the breakfast service (breakfast= toast and jam + coffee, and you are allowed to drink only one cup per person)
