I really enjoyed Hotel Amiral. It is located near a very easy to manuever metro stop and is in a very nice quiet neighborhood. The other guests were sometimes a little loud but on the whole it was a quiet, comfortable place. Very clean and very friendl

This was our third visit to the hotel and it has always been very pleasant with charming employees. This time we felt the prices had increased substantially and the refurbishment which was taking place made things a bit awkward at times. Breakfast, compared to other hotels we have visited in France, was quite basic and quite expensive.

Horrible bed. Worst sleep ever. The springs were poking into our backs!

A great place to stay. The room was clean with a fantastic washroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel worked particularly well as a home-base for touring around, though staying in the fairly small room for an extended period of time might

First of All, Anna from Hotel Amiral was very nice and helpful, our flight was delayed and I sent her a short email to hold our room til early morning the next day and it was no problem. The directions indicated on the site from the metro is not very clear, it simply says 150 meters from hotel but then it's easy to ask when you get off.The reception area is welcoming and the area is very safe. The room we had was small but clean. It had no airconditioner but we did not need one and they provided a stand-fan. They have a small TV with some French channels and CNN. The bathroom was just the right size. The street Amiral-Roussin seems to be residential but there is a brasserie in the corner and a Leader Price and Shopi grocery near the metro (about a 7 minute walk). Over all a very comfortable and positive stay in this 2 star.

A nice quiet hotel (probably even in the rooms towards the street - I had a room on the back side) and nevethesless quite central. Price of 70 Euro was okay compared to other hotels. Walking distance to Eiffel Tower and UNESCO)

A great place to stay. The room was clean with a fantastic washroom. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel worked particularly well as a home-base for touring around, though staying in the fairly small room for an extended period of time might stifle. The in-room desk was good for resting keys, wallets, change, etc., but wouldn't be condusive to work, and eating a meal in the room would have been near impossible (unless one wanted to eat in bed). The neighbourhood was fantastic: near a few decent bars, a couple of good bakeries, a nice cafe, and the metro. Great for tourists, but perhaps not so great for businesspeople.
