THe location is quite convenient if you need to stay in south Paris, the hotel is not very far from either Plaisance or Pernety metro stations, although there's nothing special and interesting in the area (except the proximity to Montparmasse). THe hotel and room were more or less clean for a 3 star hotel, but ... The room was extremelly small, despite being double - actually I was glad that my partner couldn't come (he would have been furious!!!), because except double bed, a little table by the wall, a chair, a wardrobe, small TV attached to the wall, and a tiny table by the bed, there were no space for anything else - there were about 1,5 sq.meters of empty space left and so it was literally impossible to walk in the room: when entering the room you're facing the bed, towards which you need to take only one step, and the same situation was when you exit the bathroom. And the cleanliness was noticed only on the surface - I'm always cautious with the bedding, and although the sheets were clean, underneath it - on the matrass itself were lots of hair and dirtiness, the same goes for the pillows - stained and not at all pleasant-looking.

The staff was not very friendly. The rooms were really old en ugly. We found out we had to reserve a parkingspace in a garage nearby, but that wasn't said anywhere by making the hotelreservation.

+ Proximity to station - Both bedroom and bathroom small. Bathroom door did not close. Extractor did not work. As breakfast was basic 10 euros seemed expensive.

+ The hotel is nicely located close to a metro station in a authentic Paris area with shops and restaurants. It is close to Montparnasse commercial center with even more shops, restaurants, bistro's and cinema's. The hotel staff is friendly and helpfull.
