Nice, cosy hotel, good location, well equipped room. 2 major problems: very small space in the room and very bad noise from the outside. The hotel is just over one of Paris's Cabarets that is open until 6 am!

- the price for a supplemenatry night is higher than the initial price: 170 euros instead of 145. - breakfast for 20 Euros to expensiv. In the neiborhood, a continental breafast costs 9.50 Euros. - A cup of coffee, (expresso) costs 3 Euros which is very exagarated... - I asked to awaked in the morning at 7 am. They forgot it without any excuse....

+ Location is very good. Size of the room is good. - There was no information booklets in the room about services available. Non-smoking room was heavily smoked.
