Needs to be cleaned up The hotel is worn around the edges. it could use new furniture and at least a new paint job. Too expensive for what you get. There are better choices in Nice

Not impressed The service was very poor and the rooms were small and boxy. The value of your price was not good!

An "old" building very well restored in a strategic location... I would say "a Design hotel", not only in the reception, but also in the room..... Really one of my favorite hotels in Nice (but usually it is too expensive, unfortunately).

High cost for limited value. I would not recommend the Beau Rivage. The design in the lobby and rooms have clean lines and are well done, but the price is based on the value of a boardwalk hotel. It is not waterfront, the rooms are small, and the price/value ratio is poor. I would select another hotel really on the Mediterranean or opt for a lower cost and more interesting hotel inland for my next trip to Nice. Traveler's tip on local attractions Don’t miss strolling at day and night in the old city. The double decker bus trip is good value for seeing the sights and visiting some of the interesting spots in the city.

Bathroom was set up very oddly. After shower there was water covering the entire floor....not a real good design. Room was tiny and there was a hole in the comforter. Didn't get the feeling that quality was really a priority here... felt almost like it was a really nice hostel... Awesome location, cool lobby and bar and cool name. Not much more.

A good hotel with helpful staff The Hotel is very well placed with regard to access to both shops and restaurants in the centre of the city, all within walking distance. Refurbished in 2004 the Hotel is beginning to show a little wear and tear, it was constantly full during our ten day stay. The staff were friendly and helpful in every respect. A real bonus is the Hotels private beach with dining facilities and bar. Again the staff were most helpful.

Nice and modern We were in a deluxe room, but it was a bit little. I liked the modern furniture.
