We had a 1.5 hour electricity failure at the hotel one evening. Only the emergency lights in the stairs and corridors remained on. No explanation was given but engineers resolved the problem. Rooms are small and bathrooms tiny and dark. Wardrobes have few coat hangers and cupboards are not functionally-designed. Location is near the railway station in a "low-rent" area but it is quite good from the perspectives of transportation and being close to shops and restaurants. A large party of young guests was very noisy at night while I was in residence.

Hotel is OK, but under-staffed at reception. Main problem was lack of internet during stay - and no efforts of staff to really help.

The staff was pleasant and helpful, however, never changed the light bulb in the bathroom as they promised, so for the last two days it was just dark in the bathroom. Even though conveniently located opposite the train station and the airport bus stop, t

Really good hotel at reasonable price. Convenient location near the railway station, rent-a-car-bike offices, strip bar finally:) From the sea a bit far - 20-25 min walk. WiFi Internet was not available at the hotel, the only possibility to use it - in the nearest McDonald's.

I ended up with a tiny room on the ground floor. Very, very ordinary. Thin foam mattress, smells were coming from the bathroom (which appeared clean), and a view from the small window of the kitchens of a block of flats. Breakfast is adequate, but in a windowless basement room.

Clean and comfortable. Basic accomodation at a very reasonable price. Well situated within city centre with good access to trains, buses and the tram. Wireless internet available in the rooms. Not set on a very attractive street. Very helpful reception staff.

Excellent hotel for a one night stay. Extremely handy to the railway station, nearby shops and restaurants. With a light breakfast included it is good value for money. However, it would be great if bread and a toaster were included instead of sweet buns.

Location is excellent...couple minutes walk from main station in Nice, shopping, cafes and restaurants, internet cafe, laundry, walking distance to beach but is downtown so can spot some interesting characters around sometimes. Rooms are quite large and nice. Staff are friendly and helpful. We would stay there again!!

We are requesting a total refund as the hotel did not have our rooms as confirmed. The hotel was under renovation and the rooms assigned were basically stark closets with two roll-aways. We had requested matrimonial beds in both rooms. The desk people (Hassam) were nice but unable to move us to what we had comfirmed. We left the next morning. Please have a representative contact me as our visa charges will be refused. We have all the documentation you will need. Do not stay at this hotel as the lobby is the only enviting element.
