The 34 soundproofed guestrooms were renovated in 2004 and are equipped with complete bathroom (shower or bath), air conditioning, national and international TV channels, telephone and wireless Internet access. Rooms have an option to be used by 2 adults and 1 child all of them sharing the existing beds, no separate extra beds! The hotel has a bar and a breakfast room, lounge area and elevator. The geographical position is very good for all travellers who want to see the city walking and who like to take a train to see all the cities close to Nice or to archeological places towards Italy.

The floor is not so clean and the only chair in my room is broken. However, the staff is very kind and it is valuable for the price. Good for 2 stars hotel.

The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating. The room was excellent value for money, walking distance from the Gare where the airport bus dropped us off so perfect. The room was clean and modern. The shower was a little small and unpredicatable but adequate. Overall I would definitely recommend this for the budget traveller

+ location. Proximaty to station as we wished to visit other places along the cote d'azure. Bars, restaurant and shop all in easy walking distance - The only complaint was that the bed linen, although clean, had several cigarette burns and a tear in it.

The hotel is actually closer to the station that it seems on the map. Convenient. The room was absolutely fine. Only gripe is that the evening porter was not that friendly, and that he insisted I return by midnight, which was OK, but seems a bit harsh for a town with nightlife. Otherwise a rather better standard than I would have expected for the price.
