Very good staff. One lift wasn't working during our stay so lots of hanging around.

Service was outstanding as was the food in two of thier restaurants. This was like the Hyatt Regency hotels in the US. It's within 20 minutes of most of the sights and the Gare.

Expensive but worth it. After 3 weeks of hotel to hotel, some great, some not so great, it was a relaxing cushy respite prior to the long trip home. Very nice location overlooking the Vieux Port.
