Wonderful! I absoluetely loved it, and if I ever go back to Marseille, I will stay there again. : ) The breakfast isn't included, but is delicious, there's fresh sqeezed juice and espresso, and if you don't want to pay for the breakfast, grab a pastry at the bakery right next door! They're great!

Excellent location for the best part of Marseille. Only downside was that there was a flight of stairs to climb before you reached the lift, a bit of a problem carrying cases.

The staff was very friendly, and many of them spoke English. The common areas were nicely maintained. Our hotel room was small, even for French hotel standards. The carpet was stained and dirty, as were the walls. We discovered after showering that the stains were from the shower pipes leaking under the bathroom tiles into the bedroom carpeting and extending almost into the hall. Hotel staff did not seem alarmed at this, or inclined to fix it in the near future. There was also no shower door or curtain, so the bathroom was always unpleasantly wet. Also, you should be made aware that the a/c temp is controlled by the hotel, and that it is turned off from 10am to 4pm. If you ask, they will turn it back on for you if you are in the room at that time. The hotel is in an area convenient to the port, nice restaurants, and tourist services. A good area, but I probably wouldn't risk another stay there after getting that particular room.

Other hotels, even hostel offer free internet uses, not this hotel, not only so, also charges so much; This is not a clean city, TOO many dog droppings on the sidewalks, I should say all over the sidewalks

The location is excellent. Its right in the centre of the Old Port area, and the metro station is next to the hotel. We found the staff very helpful. The rooms were a little on the older side, but reasonably well maintained. Despite the central location there was no street noise although from our room it was possible to hear the elevator.
