The hotel is rather far from the city center, so you need a private means of transportation. Yet the hotel lies close to the highway and furthermore you may sleep in a very quiet and green area and you can enjoy a moment of detachment from the chaos of Marseille. The rooms are nice, the beds are comfortable and the car parking is useful! I appreciated the steamer in the room with the tea/coffee bags and biscuits in the room!

Outstanding Service, all around! Wow! Outstanding is the only word we can use for this hotel. From the Manager to the Cook and the Maid; all were extremely service and client oriented. This should be a five star hotel. Magnificent!! Bravo!!! We very highly recommend this hotel, above all! Marseille people are also very uncommonly friendly and helpful. Marseille... We will be back :)

This hotel was very far out of the way. Not close to city central or any of the cities main attractions. The room smelled like cigarettes. We requested additional towels and they would not provide them. 3 towels for 3 people. Room was not cleaned up by housekeeping because we did not leave the room until 2 pm. I would not stay at this facility again.

To get to this hotel from Marseille St. Charles by public transport can be scary. You travel through the badlands. Definitely not for the elderly or people with young children. Apart from this inconvenience I found the hotel to be as described and good value for money.
