Splendid Location in the heart of Dijon We did not know what to expect as pictures can always be deceiving. This is truly a grand hotel and despite the size of our dog, (golden retriever) we were treated the same as any other guest. The room amenties were restocked daily, the towels were fluffy, soft and big. The bed was without a doubt the most comfortable bed we have ever slept on in a hotel and the bed linens were sublime. We would with no hesitation stay at this hotel again and as Dijon is such a good base for the Burgundy region, we hope to be back soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Staff was incredibly helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Location was convenient. My only complaints are the very limited fitness facilities and the costly fees to access the internet. However, I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dijon.

An excellent location with very friendly and helpful staff. The room was an excellent size with really comfortable beds. However, we did find breakfast a little disappointing for a hotel of this class.

The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. On the other hand, the breakfast was below par for a 4-star hotel; the smoked salmon tasted stale and slightly "off," and the coffee was stale and weak. I have had better breakfasts in a 3-star hotel. In our room the wash basin drained too slowly. As well, a 4-star hotel should provide an alternative to sleeping under a duvet, which for some people is too warm.

Hotel restaurant was also excellent - so many waiters, even one for the butter!
