When we arrived at the hotel, the receptionist told us that did not have a room avaiable for us. She didn't speak english and after call 3 times to the manager told us that she will give us a room wihout a bathroom inside. I said to her that I didn't pay for that and after another guest hear what happen and apologise about us, she give to us a room

A narrow entrance to the parking area is through the back street. It has broken blocks on the side and looked bad. The parking area is surrounded by broken windows, boarded up windows, trash, walls with falling stucco, rusty handrails - like a 3rd world country in war. The stairs into the hotel lobby from the parking area has a lot of bird droppings. The hotel room does not feel clean. My family was depressed instantly. We booked and paid for two nights but stayed for one night. Don't be fooled for its 2 star rating.

Very much a two star/one star hotel. Carpet dirty, shower leaks, hole in wall. Very close to train station, and free parking. Can walk to city center. Okay for one night if you just need a place to sleep. Would not stay more than one night. Staff were helpful and spoke some English.

We booked the hotel online from Thailand. We planned to visit Lyon and Dijon by train. So will spend the night in Dijon. Next morning 11am we booked TGV to Paris. We knew that Lyon and Dijon were worth to visit. But on that day and a few days before the French railway that was called SNCF were delayed at least 2 hours. We planned to arrive Dijon not later than 6pm but could not get on the trains. Because when the trains were delayed the passengers will accumulate more and more. So we missed 3 trains because impossible for 4 people with luggages to get on train. I called the hotel she only said that she will wait until midnight. The train that we could get on the schedule to arrive Dijon is 11.45 pm. So I asked her that if this train late again will she wait for us. But she said that she could not wait and can cancel the booking. What can I do if you are tourist come with 2 daughters and the hotel did not make sure for your stay? So we decided to find a hotel in Lyon that was more expensive just for a short sleep. Unbelievable that this hotel charged my credit card full charged for one night. Even they did not try to help their customers. If we did not contact the hotel I will not blame them. But we already called them and they could day only I could not wait. Even it was because the government train's delay. Not the tourist fault.

Three of us stayed here for 2 nights and we wanted to leave the first night! We had such tiny windows and felt that we were in some bunker. The hotel staff did not remember if I paid. They kept forgetting and wanting me to pay again. They were not very friendly and hardly smiled or greeted you. There was a stale smell in the rooms. The halls were somewhat coming apart. The walls are super thin. I could hear people talking through the walls. There is this large generator that would go on and off and was very loud at night while I slept. Overall I would not stay here again. However, it is right across the street from the train station.
