Little Palace

Great hotel, very clean, friendly staff, and close to both the beach & train station. Air conditioned, new, renovated, I had a great stay there, and would definately stay there again. They do not accept American Express, check out time is actually 11, not 12, and my room was right by the elevator, so I could hear everytime someone arrived or left, luckily I had earplugs, so I was able to sleep peacefully.

This charming hotel is located right next to the train station and is really close to all shops/restaurants; nice neighbourhood. The hotel has a cute charm to it, the rooms are clean although a little small -- this might be because we arrived really late

One would normally expect Cannes to be hugely expensive in all ways, but this little hotel was a budget priced gem. Close to the Railway Station and near all the shops and restaurants and only a short walk to the beachfront. Reception area very tiny whic

I had stayed in this hotel many years ago when it was under different management. It is much cleaner and brighter now than then (but also dearer). The rooms are very small but were adequate for our purposes. The reception area is tiny.
