+ The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly I would definately stay there again. The rooms were lovely to REALLY modern. - Some disturbing noise from the hall, probably because the door out to the hall was not completely tight.

+ Perfect location with the beach a hundered yards one way and the shops fifty yards the other way. - Not a problem for us but this place has lots of steps and no lift, 76 steps to our 4th floor room. No kettle or fridge in room but you can leave drinks i

+ On a back street but any noise is kept out by double glazed windows. We had air con which was a life saver. Great boutique style in the heart of Cannes.
