I stayed at the hotel in February 2008 and its location is excellent. This is truly a 3* hotel, with a friendly staff, and a very clean room. The hotel is 1 minute away from the Congress Center and the Beach, just in the same area as the other 5* hotels of Cannes. Quiet street at night. Breakfast in room is good, but you can also go to the buffet.

Very friendly staff (and quite helpful in the restaurant choice), comfortable room (but no alcohol available in the fridge), nice flat screen TV, very good mattress. Highly recommended especially when compared with Cannes' expensive 5* hotels!
