needs immediate renovation Check in at the desk was friendly and with a smile. Concierge was un attentive. Overall condition of the hotel is very poor. Hallways, closets and especially the carpets are in terrible condition. Nice bathroom ammenities and flat screen TV however the hotel is in immediate need of renovation. Low value for money.

Excellent location right in the heart of the Cannes shopping district. This is primarily a business hotel and does not offer some of the relaxation facilities found in resort hotels. However the beaches are only 100 meters away so it's not a big problem. I stayed at the hotel for 14 nights on summer vacation and found it to be of high quality, the rooms are very clean, well decorated and spacious and the staff very attentive to customer requirements. Overall very pleasant experience.

Great Hotel Close to the Beach! This is the third time i've stayed here, and once again, i've had a wonderful time staying in Cannes in this hotel. The staff are very friendly and are often as helpful as they can be, I often found all the staff to be smiling (something which is rare in some hotels).

+ Location! - A 4 star hotel, but it is a little bit old. It needs a new furniture.

Given a room next to construction We upgraded our room this year to have a balcony. I was never able to use it as construction on the hotel was right out my window with drills all day from 8:30 until 5:pm (everyday except on weekends.)We booked this room for the dutyfree convention paying 3400.00 for the week you would think the hotel would not have been doing construction during that time as the hotel was full. They also started working on the hallways tearing off the wallpaper and talking in the hallways early in the morning!!!!BUt it seems in France they don not care about service or comfort. A miserable experience.

Gray d'Albion is in a great location - right on the Rue d'Antibes and 5 minutes walk to La Croissette. A large hotel with good service. Only comment would be there is no pool or terrace where you can sit outside, with the exception of the restaurant patio. Therefore you need to go to the beach which is great, except for the charges to use the hotel's private beach. 35 euros per person for a sunlounger, towel and parasol per day!! Can work out quite expensive if you are there for a while. The alternative is to use the public beach - bring your own chairs, parasols, towels etc. Perhaps the hotel should discount these charges as they are making money from your stay anyway. Otherwise a great hotel and a great location.
