Grand Hotel Mercure Croisette Beach

Quiet modern upmarket B&B option with adequate range of facilities. Lacks excitement but well placed between beach promenade and shopping areas.Modern with attempts at Moorish style. Spacious lobby. Sunken bar/snack bar doubles as pleasant breakfast room. End section of rather ungainly modern 7-storey block (1981). Most rooms with balcony.

the staff was very helpful and freindly. i would definitely stay there again. the location was terrific.

In the perfect position for the Crosisette, and walking distance of lots of really good restaurants. Their private beach is definitely worth paying for (free before June 1st) and the lunch time food there is good too. Slightly disappointed that the pool wasn't a bit bigger but with the beach so close it didn't really matter. We had a took a package that included train travel from the UK and which we thought was reasonably priced.

Heating was too strong and made the room opressive. Otherwise the hotel was very good for the price.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Cannes and have high regard for the staff and service received at this hotel. Excellent facilities, friendly and very helpfull service and an excellent location close to the beach, restaurants and shops. Definately would return to this hotel in the future. The rooms were spacious and well looked after. Very happy !!

+ The location, near shopping and restaurangs

Considering the location and that we were put in a junior suite, the rate we paid for the room was very good. Valet parking at E20 per day is also well worth it as there's little alternative. Sunbeds on the private beach are very tightly spaced and cost E19 each per day. Anyone with a couple of kids should consider getting a couple of sun brollies and heading for the nearby public beaches which are very well kept, have showers and more space to play. Very friendly and efficient service at reception, rooms well kept.

Very convenient hotel 50m back from the croisette. Breakfasts very good but expensive. Valet car parking service very convenient. Extremely helpfull staff.

Staff were very helpful, breakfast had a good variety,reception staff spoke good English and were knowlegable. The only possible downside was a very small swimming pool and a sunbathing area which got very little sun. Iwould definately reccomend it.
