Very pleasant and helpful staff. Rooms neat, clean and well appointed. Fabulous breakfast and it was a delight to sit in the "garden" or the breakfast room.

This hotel has everything, except the hefty price tag that the French Riveria normally comes with. The location being only 400 metres from the centre ( although you have to go under the main train station to get to the centre). The staff were friendly and very helpful and the addition of a small rooftop pool allowed for some relaxing down time. A typical well run small french hotel.

Friendliness and helpfulness of staff was exceptionally good. Nice room. Breakfast at 14 euros each was expensive, so we made other plans after the first day! Enjoyed our stay and would go back there again.

Very close to the Croisette but still on the wrong side of the railroad that in in the middle of Cannes and divied the town. Spacious room and nice bathroom. Excellent and very personal breakfast service.

Excellent service, very clean and just a great place to stay in the town, they have a outdoor swimming pool on the roof which provides an amazing view of the city and area.
