needs to be updated it is outdated in its style. the sink was stopped up and water would not run out. Traveler's tip on recreational activities it is nicely located near the beaches and shopping.

Plain Vanilla Accomodation There’s nothing wrong with this hotel. We had a pleasant stay and the room rates were reasonable. As is typical with a French three-star hotel, the rooms were small, but they were clean and the maid service was efficient. The location is good, just three blocks from the beach and resort amenities of Juan Les Pins.

clean and convenient We stayed 1 night in May 2008. The hotel is clean and recently remodeled. It is 2 blocks from the train station, also 2 blocks from the beach. You can see the beach from yhe balcony. Comfortable bed, good A/C, TV, coffeemaker. Nice breakfast in the morning. Nice public beach about 200 meters towards the harbor. Our only complaint was the free WiFi wasn’t working that night. Traveler's tip on dining Have dinner at a very romantic beach restaurant "La Petite Plage" at sunset.

Good hotel for its price tag We were staying the hotel the last night of our visit and it was the best value for money among the three hotels we were staying. The room was completely renovated and had all facilities except for mini bar. I am not sure if we were getting such room because we stays only for one night and mentioned our early check out the next morning. Anyway, I would definitely recommend this hotel. The hotel has a private parking for extra 10 euro, we never need to use it since there were parking places nearby. The place seems to be very busy during weekend, so parking could be a problem until evening (or pay for it). The hotel is situates in the center of Juan Les Pins, near the beach, shops, casino etc. The room was big compare with other hotels we stays in Provence and Antibes. We received a non-smoking room, although I reserved a smoking room. The receptionists was very nice too. I would come back to this hotel if I will be back to the area again.
