Very nice and clean Hotel in center of Cannes, WiFi available for 5 Euros per day, a parking area in a street, main promenade in Cannes 3 minutes from hotel and Congres and Festival Center 10 minutes walking... Recommendation for everyone visiting Cannes.

+ Close to center, sielent and peacefull - The shower was too small. Couldn't move without changing the temperature. They turn AC off at night in 2/3 of the hotel. Ask for a room with your own ac control.

A pretty good (& quiet) central alleyway location, just a few minutes easy walk to/from the railway station (& shops/restaurants/seafront etc.) Mostly very quiet guests. Not wholly convenient for buses from Nice Airport. Lack of heating meant a chilly room (in unusually cold weather) unless door was left open to capture warmer air from landing. Street address is not where hotel entrance is.

+ Good location. - Room was a bit small, but still a good value for the money

It's clean and you can't beat the location relative to the Croisette and Palais. The facility is worn, old, and cramped.
