Tonic Hotel Biarritz

smoked room although i asked in my resevation to have non- smoking rooms, all 4 rooms were full of smoking smell and the hotel menagment didnot even try to change the rooms or part of them.

It was a very good surprise. The location was ideal and clean and I was just by the sea and in the town. The restaurant is really "something¿ not to loose - the staff was fantastic with us.

A very enjoyable over night stay. However, it would have been nice to see coffee/tea making facilities in the room - this is our only criticism. Very obliging, polite and courteous staff - always willing to help. Thanx.

Fairly good hotel overall with some room for improvement. Main shortcomings: limited choice of services, expensive internet connection, poor minibar selection and rather noisy rooms on the street side (ac not working, had to keep widow open)

A very comfortable hotel, very corteous and helpful staff, perfectly located in the heart of the town. A very enjoyable stay.

The advertised spa baths were unusable (dials on the timers removed) and the breakfast was lamentable. Hallway lights hard to find at night - none near the elevators.

+ Location Location Location - Parking Area No Lighting?Staff could be frendlier.

Run of the mill Very nice, central .. nothing special - a hotel. But what is up with all these hotels that don't provide coffee/tea making facilities in the room. We don't want to trek to breakfast every morning, it is nice to make a brew in the room.

+ friendly english s[eaking helpful staff - Parking was difficult to find, the room was very small for 175euro a night, front facing room very noisy, no working air conditioning.
