Reception is open from 7am until 10.45pm and offers a luggage and fax service, plus assistance with green fees and other outdoor activities (deals negotiated with the region's 7 golf courses). The residence's underground car park is available for use (for a fee), and the local municipal car park is 50 m away. Other helpful facilities include use of baby cots, highchairs and a babysitting service. An iron, ironing board and a vacuum cleaner are available on request at the reception.

    Staff not very friendly, but they were very helpful when we left something behind in the room. Kitchen needs a microwave, toaster, electric jug - real basic kitchen equipment when you are paying higher than average room fees Unit is nice, roomy and sunny. Good broadband We felt it was expensive

    +the closeness to the centre of town, bunk beds were great for the kids, it was like having another room -they took 4 days before they changed towels and bins in the room which was too long with 5 people sharing the room

    Good Choice The Hotel was very near the centre of town. We had an apartment type room, i.e. Kitchen and Longe which gave good flexibility. It also had a balcony overlooking the garden. Above all it was clean and tidy All in all we would recommend it

    Very central and nice and quiet. Would recommend to others. The kitchen is equipped but NO kettle. Had to boil the water in a pot for my cup of tea. Also, basic things not provided in kitchen, i.e. dish cloth, washing up liquid, pot scrub, teatowel,etc. A hassle to go and buy all that just for a few days stay.

    Overall, apartment was very nice. Unfortunately the last people to stay were obviously not very hygienic, as the cutlery and crockery all needed cleaning thoroughly before use! The only other problem was that it cost as much to reserve a parking space in their car park as it was to pay on the meters outside!

    Reception closes at 9.30p.m. You will not be able to gain entry after this unless you have the code to the door and can remember it. The room is self cleaning as any cleaning you do is done by you for the duration of your stay. The staff at reception are
