hotel advertised heated rooftop poool...the pool was very cold on the day we stayed there. This was a serious failing as we had specifically requested a heated pool.

Great hotel to stay in when in Biarritz. Rooms were spacious, the beds were BIG! Rooftop cafe is fabulous just for chilling out because you get one of the highest views in that part of the town. Highly recommended for families and I'd stay there again and again.

The staff are professional and friendly and very helpful. The reception staff were outstanding. The hotel is not in a seafront position but is only a couple of minutes walk from the Atlantic ocean and a 7 minute walk to the town centre.Food is not bad with plenty of choice for the buffet breakfast. The only gripe is we had to wait a long time at breakfast for anyone to bring tea and coffee.

Padraig: Ireland. Perfect Hotel, Hotel Food very expencive but excellent quality. Pool and roof top dining is superbe, perfect for a romantic get away. open roof pool fantastic but during winter there would be no leasure facilities as the SPA is sererate and EXTREMLY expencive. Overall fantastic.

Excellent facilities but expensive. 5 euros for a coke is a little excessive, I feel. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, breakfast was great and the staff were unfailingly helpful and courteous. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to frien
