+ Proximity - Noise caused by building work in the street.

+ location of hotel to the beach. - the rooms facing onto the street could be noisy at night.

+ Very helpful staff

+ Hotel was very central. On the same street as pubs, cafes etc... and the beach is really close too.

+ The facilities were basic and functional and all that was required by me for a short break. The location is excellent.

+ It was great time for me. I am going to stay in the same hotel next year.
