An excellent hotel, pleasantly situated on a quiet tree-lined avenue, within easy reach of the town & beach and is highly recommended. It is tastefully furnished throughout & the English speaking staff are very helpful

Great for a short break only Good location, friendly helpful staff. Breakfast ok but not worth the money. Rooms very clean but small. Nice for a few days only.

The hotel is well located, very clean, walk to main beach in a location with restaurants and good fashion shopping. We unfortunately booked the last room available, so landed in a corner room which was unfortunately small. However, as it was a good experience overall, I would try again and avoid a corner room. Staff were very freindly and helpful. It wasa high season, so a little expensive. I would recommend this hotel to others. Parking is also available at the hotel at a reasonable price which is great considering how difficult it is to park in Biarritz

It needs money spent on carpets, bed clothes, wall paint and wall paper, and bathrooms are sub optimal. Staff were very friendly.

The only problem we had with this hotel was that the extractor fans in the bathroom and toilet did not work .... The hotel staff were extremely obliging and friendly particularly in Reception.... Breakfast was self-service and more than adequate....

+Location in biarritz was good -The first room we were allocated was far too small for the 2 of us + our dog! Had a great bathroom though. The second room we were allocated was fine in size but the bathroom was very dilapidated & the hairdryer was broken.
