The hotel is extremely conveniently situated, yet is relaxing and quiet. The hotel is spotless and comfortable. The decor is very nice and homely and you are really made welcome. I was sad to leave. I would love to return, as Veronique and her husband and staff really care about her guests. The best hotel I have ever stayed in as it has the personal touch. I would imagine the patio area is wonderful in summer.

I just got back from a 5 days vacation in Biarritz, and stayed in Hotel Centre Biarritz, a small hotel but very personlised. The staff were very friendly, the people in the reception were fluent in English, and provided me with all local information, maps, flight info and directions. My room was clean and well maintained. The location is great, walking distances to all major places in Biarritz. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel for the price paid. Room are very small but very comfortable. Everything was very clean and the staff were very helpful. We paid 68 euro per night for the room which was very good by Biarritz standards. Its only a 5 minute walk to the beach and very central to all shops, restaurants etc. Breakfast is only 6 euro for croissant, bread, juice, tea/coffee, ceral, fruit.... etc, not bad. Would defo recommend this place.

Clean and compact bedrooms with good storage. Modern bathroom with good shower. Ideally situated for the shops, beaches and restaurants. Also v.close to the Public Gardens Bus stop-handy if you are coming from or going to the train station (no.2 bus) or Bayonne. Pleasant staff with a good knowledge of the area. Reception isnt manned around the clock but guests can access the hotel at any time. No air con or electric fans in bedrooms.

Just back from a short trip to Biarritz,for the price you pay you are getting very good value in this hotel.Breakfast is extra at 7 euro but it was fine.The one niggle is the size of the shower,extremlely small with a hand held shower head which made things akward.The Owners are very friendly and are fluent english speakers which was a help since I mangle the few words of french that I have.Overall a very pleasant stay in a nice hotel.Allez BO.

For the price, this hotel is excellent. It is right in the centre of Biarritz, but on a quiet side street. Very friendly (English spoken if needed) welcome. Rooms are small, and clean but beds are fairly ordinary. Breakfast is served in a large sunny room or on the terrace and is excellent especially the coffee. Then later have a pain au chocolate (as suggested in previous review) from the patiserrie down road on right. Wow!

Six weeks ago we booked this place. 3 weeks later they canceled our booking via email. No satisfactory reason was provided as to why our booking was canceled. They then sent us a link to another hotel and suggested we book with them. If this is their approach to customer care then I'm glad we're not staying in this place.

Stayed here in september. It was a fantastic place to stay, the first thing that hits you when you walk through the door is the brightness and cleanliness of the reception area, then you are greeted by a most pleasant receptionist.. you know at this stage you have found an excellent place to stay.the room was fine space was a little tight but this was mainly due to the size of the double bed, it was huge. it was very comfortable however. the ensuite is very tastefully done. the hotel has been modernised in recent times. the breakfast was second to none it was great value for only six euro. I would recommend a bar/ restaurant a two minute walk from the hotel.it is called bar du jardin. bottle of wine at 13 euro fifty was excellent value, along with fantastic steak and chips for 13.50 also. Biarritz is a lovely place to stay, the beach ( 3 minute walk from hotel) and the main shopping areas are lovely. you can bus it to the airport from outside bar du jardin to the airport door for one euro twenty cent. will definitely return to Biarritz and if i don't take an apartment I will definitely stay at hotel centre au revoir

We just loved this hotel. Its rooms are extremely clean, its location is excellent (there is a small bakery right next to the hotel that makes the most delicious pasteries and sandwiches I have ever tasted). The hotel is close to the main streets but it is located on a smaller street so it is really quiet but you can get to all the action by foot. The workers at the hotel are extremely friendly and very helpful. We arrived at 10am and were supposed to receive the room at 12, but when I explained to them that I needed the room earlier than checkin, the lady at the desk called the cleaning lady and had the room we were supposed to receive cleaned in a jiffy and we received the room at 10.30am. The hotel staff were very helpful in with recommending resturants in the area and helping us out with public transportation.

Beautiful Town, special Hotel, really friendly receptionist, big smile as soon as I arrived, tons of help and info, didn't want to leave, if you get the chance you should book the Hotel centre, it cant be faulted.
