Great value Hotel right in the heart of the town. Great little hotel within a stone's throw of several lovely places to eat. If staying here, recommend seeking out these restaurants Bar Jean on Rue Halle (by the market) Red Cafe round the corner on Marechal Foch (bar that has great food for lunch) Le Copa on Av. Edouard-VII (also a night club attached)

The hotel is extremely conveniently situated, yet is relaxing and quiet. The hotel is spotless and comfortable. The decor is very nice and homely and you are really made welcome. I was sad to leave. I would love to return, as Veronique and her husband and staff really care about her guests. The best hotel I have ever stayed in as it has the personal touch. I would imagine the patio area is wonderful in summer.

Lovely Hotel We stayed during the Rugby World Cup. The staff was very nice. The hotel was clean and convenient to downtown Biarritz. The only downside was the handheld shower and the door keys. At smaller hotels in Europe a handheld shower and an actual key are quite common so I guess I shouldn’t complain. It was located right next to a great rugby bar in town which added to the appeal. Traveler's tip on nightlife The Red Bar down the street has wonderful bartenders, good beer, good food, and if you like rugby a great atmosphere to watch it in.

After I booked the room on the venere website I received an email stating there were no rooms available at the price the website allowed me to book my room for - 50 Euro and also I was lead to believe breakfast was included which it was not. I wound up paying 60 Euro per night and an additional cost for breakfast. This of course it not a terrible price but I felt a little deceived by the website.

+ That it was a reasonably cheap hotel right in the heart of Biarritz, with pleasant staff. - the rooms are very small

Really good location and really good staff especially Manager, room was a bit small but spotless as was the bathroom. I would say the best part was the location, 5 minutes walk from the beach.
