Small but nicely formed The Louvre restaurant - very nice and not too badly priced.

Great hotel, well located. Really good hotel, just a couple of niggly points. Rooms were a bit warm for us as the air conditioning is switched off at this time of year so heating only. Although there was shelving in the wardrobe another small draw unit would have helped with keeping smaller items of clothing. Breakfast was a buffet which was varied and tasty although we ran out of hot milk and the juices could be watery. Breakfast staff not as friendly and interactive as other staff. Otherwise a great hotel with very helpful staff. Would recommend to other travellers.

Very nice comfortable & large room, but breakfast was bad I chose this hotel because it is new & near Wencesles Square, & the price was reasonable. Overall, the hotel was ok with some up & down sides. The positive side is that the room & bed was excellent, & toilet facilities were great! However, the breakfast was awful, I could only ate the mushrooms & omelette, the rest of food doesn't taste fresh at all. On the staff service, the only person that deserves special commendation is the security officer. He went extra miles to help in the luggages & lookout for taxis, & offer sightseeing tips, etc. The guy at the reception was new & somewhat slow in processing my check-in. On the other extreme, I thought the service of the staff at the pub needstoeb improved a lot. Also,I asked for a small extension of check-out time but was told an uncomprising NO.

really lovely the hotel was stylish and beautifully kept. The staff particularly the receptionist and doorman were extremely helpful and don't forget your swimsuit as there is a steam room and sauna as well as a little gym. We had a very pleasant stay and would recommend it to others with no reservation. very well located and nothing was too much trouble. breakfast was included and very nice too.

A recommendation for anyone The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The air conditioning was an absolute blessing especially with the heat at night in June. The breakfast had a very good selection of hot / cold food with the staff being exceedingly efficient and friendly.

Great I had a good time while staying at Hotel Sovereign. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. I liked also the breakfast room, which is in the Epicure Restaurant. It seemed very friendly and cozy. The hotel is situated very close to the old town center - 15 minutes by walking. My only regret is that I did not have time to go to the wellness and spa center of the hotel.
