Great hotel stay--would DEFINITELY recommend! The hotel was clean and comfortable--not fancy, by any means, but had all necessities (including hair driers) available. My boyfriend and I were surprised that there was free internet access available on a computer in the lounge and the free breakfast was a plus. The hotel is also only a short walk from major points of interest, but far enough from them to not inflate the prices. Did I mention we had a huge room? What we liked best, however, was the very friendly and helpful staff who helped arrange tours, translate/interpret, called taxis, sold postcards, stamps, and beverages, and helped us learn basic conversational czech. A big thumbs up to you. We would certainly come back! Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay You don’t have to waste a lot on hotel lodgings to have a nice stay--come stay here!

Good hotel for a family but choose quiet room We, 2 adults and 2 children, stayed for 3 nights in summer. The location is good for city sightseeing and reception staffs are friendly. We liked breakfast with fresh fruit and vegetable. only the problme is tarfic noise because the hotel faces busy street, you had better choose the garden side (not street side) room. Anyway this was very good hotel for us.

Convenient location, but wouldnt recommend. Conveniently located, but lots of noise specially at night when underground trains run seriously. Staff Cordial but not real friendly. Looks like a hostel. lots of flaws in my room, that although spacious, was missing curtains, blankets, pillows and drawers handles were broken or missing. remote control also broken. I give it a 1 star.

Not Impressed The hotel room was clean. Our biggest problem was the bed. It was a lat bed and it broke twice on us. It was not very strong and we ended up sleeping on the floor for fear of breaking the bed. Before we left we looked up the website to see if they had a hairdryer and they did but u had to get it from reception and bring it back everytime....It should be advertised this way. I will not be going back!!!!!!

We had a lovely room on the top floor overlooking the courtyard. It was quiet. We did not have to share a bathroom but it wasn't connected to the room. It was set up to share with the room next door. We always had to lock the door. But it worked out w

San Marco Palace Prague Good hotel for 3 star. Very convenient to City Centre. Rooms very spacy with lobby and bathroom, very clean, furnishings in good repair. Provides a useful service of buying tram tickets (less than 24 hour duration) at reception. Two small comments, lighting in the rooms is not suitable for reading unless bedside lamp used. Breakfast is not available prior to 8.15 am. Tea making in kitchen/breakfast room available 24 hours per day. Hotel 3 minutes walk from IP Pavlova A tram & underground stop. Hotel is 7 minutes walk from Wencelas square. There is a Tesco and local shops withinn a radius of 10 minute walk cost of items very good value
