Excellent Boutique Hotel I really enjoyed my stay the hotel. The staff, decor, architecture and room all represent a departure from the usual anonymous hotel chains. The only surprise is that people are still allowed to smoke in the café and restaurant, which being from the UK I had forgotten how unpleasant that can be as a non-smoker. However all hotels and bars are like this, and the Czech people dont smoke as much as some countries! The café was a great place to people watch, and is a prominent position to meet friends or colleagues. The food isnt exceptional and as a bar it doesnt compare with some in and around the area for a lively night out. My room was of a high standard and its great to see an old hotel in such good condition. There was attention to detail, such as an umbrella for the use of guests and a nice hand-written weather report (which as it rained I really appreciated!)

Perfectly renovated luxurious art nouveau hotel preserving all the charm of past days. Well-located in an elegant part of town not far from the major attractions on this side of the river.

Good art nouveau hotel In a great position with all of central Prague within walking distance. A little disappointed with the bedroom. It would be worth upgrading if you can afford it.The staff were really friendly and helpful and the breakfast was fantastic. Prague is a must see city, but it not a bargain basement destination.

Decent hotel in a lovely city. Good hotel, but would not say it is five star. Having said that, it is one of the cheaper 'five' star hotel, so i guess you get what you pay for. Nevertheless, clean, comfortable, excellent location (especially for old town, and metro). Staff were helpful, but not particularly warm (seems indicative of the locals generally). Overall a decent hotel in a lovely city.

We feel let down This should have been a great place to stay. We have eaten in the restaurant and were looking forward to our stay. Unfortunately by the end of our stay we felt very let down. Service at breakfast was apalling. Almost every guest had a complaint of some sort. And the actual breakfast was only worthy of a much lower rated establishment. Certainly not what I would have expected at a 5 star hotel. Room service on occasions left a lot to be desired too. The room was not particularly clean although it was adequate. We feel the problems are due to the management not allocating sufficient staff to the tasks. We have completed a hotel satisfaction questionaire and written to the hotel direct to complain. As seasoned travellers and visitors to Prague a number of times, maybe 10 times, we feel we are well qualified to know what we should expect.

This is a beautiful art-nouveau hotel at a great location. Rooms are nice but, for the price, some amenities could be better. For instance, one would appreciate a real shower and not a hand shower badly placed in the tub. Instead of one double bed I got two single beds side by side with short bed sheets. You must request "french style" sheets and a double bed. This is unacceptable given the price. Room decor is art nouveau style and nice. Internet access was available but was not free (about 32 euro for 24h). The restaurants are very good (dinner for 2 for 120 euro), and breakfast is included. When I arrived nobody helped with the luggage from the cab up the stairs into the reception area. However, if you do not care much for these details, it is quite a setting its early 1900s building.

First class Hotel centrally located for Old Town Use a three day transport pass to get about. Central Prague is easily walkable but being able to use the Metro and to hop on and of trams at will saves your feet!

Superb Hotel 5 Star treatment throughout. The hotel staff were friendly and extremely helpful. The hotel is in a good location to the main square and other amenities. The overall appearance of the hotel just makes it a gem and definately worth considering a stay you wont be disappointed 5* plus

The public areas of the elegant Hotel Paris are a delight of Art Nouveau. Albeit the facilities are perhaps a little limited as the reception, lounge and bar, (which is essentially one area), are the only parts available to enjoy along with the restauran
