Staff is very helpful. Very large and quiet apartment(Kroftova 2) No internet!

Great location, great services! The only bad part was the absence of a parking space which is quite expensive in central Prague ( around 30 euro/night)

Big sitting room, fully equipped kitchen, free internet access, location very near to underground station. The bed was broken, I repaired it myself (I didn't contact hotel's personnel). No shampoo in the bathroom. No daily cleaning service.

the apartment was spacious and well served, including free internet. good quality of fittings and suitable for an extended stay for those who don't want the anonymity of hotels! because this is a serviced flat, in order to get back your deposit you have to go to the office and cannot leave your baggage in the flat until you are ready to leave to make up for this though, they offer free storage but it does mean going to their office twice when really you would rather be seeing prague!

If you do not need a hotel, but appartments with the small kitchen conveniently located in the middle of Prag, this is your place! We loved it! Make sure you reserve parking if coming by car! I had to park 2 km outside of the city.
