Location is tops-across the street from the Casino, on the main tram lines, on the river and walking distance from everywhere. The staff is helpful and pleasant. The rates may be a little high for Prague, but not uncomfortably so. Our room overlooked the river and it was extremely picturesque.

Everything was very good. The staff always smiling and ready to answer all questions. Rooms very clean. It was a great pleasure to stay in this hotel.

Excellent service, very helpful and pleasant. Good facilities -- a bit on the dated side (~'70-'80), but totally functional. Great location -- 4 tiny blocks along a pretty street to the Old Town Square.

Overall, very nice experience. Good location, very central. A little expensive, but solid service. Room service menu is nice, as is breakfast and overall atmosphere. Would stay here again, definitely.

Honestly, I expected more from this property. I stayed during the new years holiday 2007-08. The hotel itself is fine; clean, comfortable. The service however was severely lacking. In fairness, service in Prague is poor overall. It's just not a particularly friendly city...beautiful, exhilarating...but not friendly.

What I am impressed the most about this hotel is the breakfast. I would stay there again just for the breakfast. The location is perfect as well. They are definitely one of the best hotels that I have ever stayed so far.

You can't ask for a better location. Several very good restaurants a short walk away. A few blocks from the town square, with an ice cream shop at the midway point. There's a hospital near by, so you get a lot of sirens during the night, but it wasn't enough to keep us awake.
