Lovely The staff was very nice and offered help whenever asked. The trams and subway were right at the corner and made getting around easy and cost effective. Breakfast was good, ample and had a large selection. Overall, the hotel was perfect unless you need to be right in the heart of old town. I would recommend it highly. Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay There is a pretty good restaurant just across the street. Do use the public transport either the trams or the subway. And buy a multi day pass.

Great Location and Excellent Value The hotel is just around the corner from a metro station making it easy to access the public transportation system. The main "strip" in center Prague is an easy 5 minute walk from the hotel. The staff is very friendly and eager to answer any questions and/or concerns that you may have. Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay The Czech Republic offers a vary dependable and reliable public transportation system at an extremely cheap rate. Consider day trips by bus and/or trains to see some exciting sights outside of Prague.

Good value and location A resonably priced hotel, well-located next to a Metro station, about a 5 min walk to the top of Wenceslas Square and 20 min from the Old Town. The room was sparse but clean, and suprisingly quiet given the location. No desk unfortunately, and the wireless Internet access, though cheap, was painfully slow.

Good Stay I highly recommend staying at this hotel. The location is great. It is very close to a subway line (2 stations from main railway station and 1 from National Museum), and there are countless street cars that will take you to the center of the Old Town and the Castle Area among others. (They are within walking distance if you like to walk). McDonalds and KFC are just around the corner (very useful if traveling with kids). The hotel was very clean through all our stay. The reception was open 24 hours and everybody spoke perfect English and was very helpful. The breakfast was great and very convenient as there weren’t too many breakfast places in Prague. Traveler's tip on saving a few bucks Reserve your hotels through travel agents in Europe (Expedia is one). You’ll save $$$.

Clean but noisey Our overall experience w/ this hotel was good. The problem seemed to be no air conditioning. So we had to leave the windows open. And if your room faces the street you better have packed ear plugs. Sirens seemed to go by every few minutes and it is a very busy street from about 5:00 am till about 1:00 am. The staff was helpful, and the buffet breakfast was good, and the room was clean.

Meet our expectation The receptionist on the day we checked in and checked out is great. We even had a great conversation with her. We are recommending this hotel to our friends. The hotel is very convenient to get to and close to Wenceslas Square. The hotel is on top of a small hill so walking from the Museum to the hotel will take around 10 minutes. There is a Tesco supermarket a block away. You can buy mineral water from there. If you want to go to the castle, it is easier to take the tram 22 or 23 to the station PohOrelec on top of the hill and then stroll downhill to the castle. Walking uphill to the castle is not fun.

Excellent Service! I am normally very critical about hotels, and while the room was not air-conditioned (spoiled American alert) and the street noise was quite bad at times, the service level and attitude of the hotel staff more than made up for those small inconveniences. I loved the people (so helpful and accomodating) and will definitely stay there when I return to Prague! Traveler's tip on getting the most out of your stay Might consider bringing ear plugs! Lots of sirens and revelers late at night.
