Very impressive and friendly hotel All Prague's best bits are within easy walking distance of the hotel. If travelling in the winter take plenty of warm clothing and good strong walking footwear.

worth a visit Hotel staff were very helpful; bar food overpriced and disappointing;'deluxe' room only a standard 4* rating, and the carpet was badly stained. Having accidentally broken a clean glass, despite informing reception, it was never cleaned to remove particles which were at the entrance to the bathroom! This could have been a communication problem but it did reveal that the room was not vac'd; however the bathroom was always immaculate. The hotel is on the corner of a busy hairpin bend but when we went,in December, it was not a noise problem, and we found the position excellent for access to the sights of Prague.

a good hotel Careful with the Taxi costs. Was 500K to get from airport to Hotel. Hotel wanted to charge 850K to get back! so stick with a taxi firm and get a price quoted in advance.

comfortable hotel near castle Keep away from Old Town Square area for evening meals. There are a lot of reasonably priced small restaurants around St Nicholas Church.

Hotel Hoffmeister Dont place any of your belongings in your suitcase as we had two cameras stolen from secure baggage between Prague and London Gatwick.
