It is cheap; It is clean and absolutely fine; It has the minimum need for a few nights to stay; Perfect place for people who are reasonable thinkers and have no high expectation for a price you usually spent on a good dinner. I payed 35E per night. I arrived in the night with a Navi. It took me a while to find the hotel after my Navi told me: you reached the destination. The address does definitively not correspond to the real place. You will rather reach a oil station first and then it is another 1km to the hotel. They will tell you at the oil station if you ask. Also consider that I did not see any BUS or Tram station nearby; I was with my car however. The place where the hotel is place is in the middle of nowhere. Although looked very quite area I would not go there alone in the night. It was too quite and too empty. But, I emphasize, I did not see anything strange or so. It is only my feeling. It seems not too far from the center, ca. 6km, but I could not remember seeing any public transportation in the area. Check again. Some rooms, I think > 12, are very loud since are on the street side.
