The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating, and proved very helpful orienting us to Prague. The location, somewhat away from the tourist-central area might at first sight seem a disadvantage. In fact, it was ideal: near trams, near a selection of good pubs and restaurants, without the tourist-central prices. Finally, the neighborhood was quiet and restful at night. I was astounded to find free wireless internet available in my room, too.

The manager is very rude. For some rooms there is no lift.

Friendly staff Indoor pool was not available as described. The lift did not work so you might have to carry your luggage up the steps. The room was much smaller than appeared to be in photos (about 3 x 3.5 meters with a very small bathroom)

Very friendly staff, good breakfast The room was VERY small, hardly a squaremeter space to move! It was obviously a single room with an additional bed (folding bed !), even we booked a double room.
