dissapointing while the room was clean, it was tiny and most of the windows of its rooms are facing a wall. the shower in the bathroom has to be hand held, which doesn’t make any sense. the light in the hallway was broken, and wasn’t fixed for several days (maybe to this day). there was no refrigerator and no coffemaker, but both could be purchased at the front desk. overall, it wasn’t terrible, but for the money they charge it was definitely dissapointing

1.)location - almost centre of prague, ten minutes by walk to the main square, but in quiet neighbourhood. The hotel is in the middle of the block of houses, so there was no noise. And really nice old buildings around.

Basic, clean, convenient, good breakfast The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was average. There was nothing wrong with it. It was clean, the bed comfortable, but nothing snazzy. I would go there again because it served my needs well and it was conveniently located.

basic but functional wear flat, sturdy shoes - the cobblestones everywhere are a killer, but walking around rather than tramming it gives you a great feel for the town!!!

Nice quiet neighborhood, good location Hotel is in the relatively quiet neighborhood of Vinohrady. The hotel is small and nice. Everything looks new inside, although the neighborhood outside looks 19th century in its architecture. Breakfast was fine. If driving, arrange for parking ahead of time, as parking in Prague is hard. Keep your GPS on! Also, hotel is next to a small shopping mall with a grocery store in it and one block down is a laundromat/cyber cafe. Restaurants serving Czech, mexican, thai, etc. etc. are nearby as well. Very convenient. Traveler's tip Nearest metro stop is Namesti Miru, about 3 blocks away. the nearest tram stop doesn’t go to too many places directly, so just walk 3 blocks down Budeska to the Jaymanska stop and pick up tram 22 or 23 which goes through most of the town and castle.

Friendly helpful staff made it a plesant stay Large, clean rooms, friendly staff woh would do everything possible to help (including lending me an iron and ironing board to sort out the creased mess for the wedding I was attending) and cheaper hotel cabs (their own drivers) than the usual tourist ones made for a very plesant stay in this beautiful city. Guides to the city provided in the rooms, large clean bathroom and good breakfast facilities, and free wifi connection (and free access to thier PC if you dont have a laptop). Only downsides were the slightly uncomfortable bed (only 2 pillows) and firm matress but don't let this put you off staying here, and the hotel is a good walk from the city centre and tourists attractions (20-25 minute walk to old town square) (15-20minute walk to St wenslas' Square). I'd happily stay again, though. For the price, you can't fault it!

Nice hotel. The hotel is located aproximately 20 minutes walk from Wencelass Square, which is ok if you don’t mind walking. Nice breakfast buffet. The room was clean but quite small.

Claris Prague - what a pleasant surprise. At a restaurant we got caught with pretzels and bread which were brought to our table unsolicited. We thought they were complimentary and didn't find out they weren't until we got the bill.
